We have great news for all cyclists and fans of exploring Herzegovina on two wheels – the website HerzegovinaBike has received an important upgrade! A brand-new search tool is now on the homepage of www.herzegovinabike.ba available nova tražilica , making it quick and easy to find cycling routes near you – or routes that match your preferences.
This update comes as a response to frequent user requests for an easier way to navigate our growing archive of cycling routes. That’s exactly why we developed a tool that gets you to your ideal ride in just a few clicks.
How does it work?
Very simply – just type in a keyword in the search bar. This could be location a location (e.g. “Mostar”), the name of a route (e.g. “Ćiro Trail”), or any other word connected to your interest. The system will automatically show all cycling routes matching your input – based on proximity, theme or route characteristics.
Once the search results page opens, on the left-hand side of the screen you'll find a filter panel allowing you to narrow your selection further. You can filter by:
- Route type – MTB, Gravel, Road… (still being refined)
- Tour duration
- Activity – Cycling, Themed tours, Wine routes… (still being refined)
- Destination
Why does this matter?
With an increasing number of users and an ever-growing list of available routes, it was crucial to provide a simple and intuitive way to search. This new tool greatly improves the user experience and helps cyclists of all levels find what they’re looking for in seconds – inspiration for their next ride.
Our goal is to make cycling in Herzegovina more accessible, user-friendly, and fun. And we believe this is a step in the right direction!
