At the source of the Buna River, one of the largest and most beautiful karst springs in Europe, the water flows from beneath an imposing 200-meter-high cliff. At the top of the cliff, you will find the ruins of the medieval town of Herceg Stjepan Kosa\u010da, the last ruler of Herzegovina before the arrival of the Ottomans. The climb to the \u0160\u0107epan city takes about an hour, but the view from the top of the Neretva River valley is a reward that justifies every step.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
