Blidinje Nature Park is located in Bosnia & Herzegovina; in the area of the high mountains of the central Dinarides, and includes the area of the Čvrsnica and Vrana mountain massifs, and covers an area of 358 km2. Administratively, it is part of three Herzegovina counties and five different municipalities. Because of its geomorphological features, the wealth of plant and animal life, and the beautiful and untouched nature, on March 24, 1995. this area was declared a nature park. About 1,500 different plant species have been recorded in this unique area so far, of which more than 200 are endemic, relict and subendemic. Blidinje Nature Park is also known as the largest habitat of the endemic white-barked munika pine.
The "VisitBlidinje" association was created as a result of mutual cooperation and the common idea of uniting all actors of the tourist offer & local producers into one platform that deals primarily with the promotion and marketing of our beautiful Blidinje Nature Park, and then offers all the contents & activities that you can experience and experience in this unique area.
